Gil Cohen, EA has over 15 years of experience working for a CPA firms specializing in real estate accounting for both residential and commercial properties.

 Gil also served some large clients as a Controller & CFO, and worked on special projects with senior management from all departments and external parties, including outside counsel, bankers, investors, and external auditors.

 Gil's primary strength and experience are working with diverse real estate investors, and understand their desires and objectives, and to thereafter building an accounting & financial plan to meet with these individualized plans for success.

Gil's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Senior- level bookkeeping

• Preparation of Payroll

• Preparation of budget reports

• Reconciliation of multiple bank accounts by property

• Preparation of investor financial statements by property

• Assisting in preparation of tax filings by property

• Preparation and processing of tenant rent bills

• Arrange tenant move ins and move outs including the preparation of all leases

• Follow-up with delinquent tenant accounts

• Providing tax consulting and complex tax research for investors
